How to Make Gluten Free Carolina Slow Cooker Pulled pork: Gluten Free Coleslaw & NuCoconut Wraps

How to make gluten free carolina slow cooker pulled pork in the crock pot.  We also make gluten free coleslaw from scratch and get to try out NuCoconut Organic Wraps tonight!! 

Gluten Free Carolina Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

5lb Pork Roast

3 tbsp brown sugar (I used about half a cup) 

1 tbsp salt

1/4 tsp Cayenne (or Chili Pepper)

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 large onion

1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp crushed red pepper

1 tbsp mustard

Place quartered onions in crock pot, place pork roast on top. Set on High.  Add all the other ingredients on top of the roast. Cook in slow cooker (crock pot) on high for 5-6 hours.  Shred meat and place back in cooker and your ready to serve.

Coleslaw Recipe:

1 Package of ColeSlaw Mix (cabbage)

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1 1/2 TBSP Honey

1/4 Cup White Sugar

1 1/2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

Pinch of Salt

Mix all ingredients(except coleslaw mix) together in a bowl until well blended. Add the Package of cabbage mix and evenly coat. Serve Immediately
