How to Reactivate a Dehydrated Living Sourdough Starter

Thank you for purchasing our Live Sourdough Starter, In dehydrated form!!
Quick and Easy way to start your Sourdough Journey, with a piece of ours!
DAY 1
Using a Pint size Jar
Add 1.5 TBS Starter (Whole Package)
Add 1.5 TBS *Water
(Let dissolve in water 2 hours)
Add 1 TBS Flour
Stir Together, Lightly cover with lid and place in a *warm location for 24 hours
DAY 2
Add 2 TBS Water
Add 1 TBS Flour
Stir Together, Be thinking of your PERFECT NAME for your Starter!
DAY 3
Add 2 TBS Water
Add 1 TBS Flour
Stir Together, you may see a rise in the next 24 hours, you can mark it!
DAY 4
1/3 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Water
Stir Together, Jar will be about 1/3 full now and will rise in the next 24 hours (to peak activity)
DAY 5
Move to larger container
Transfer All The Starter you have grown to new container
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Water
Stir Together, Cover. You will see your Peak Rise in 4-6 hours
You can now bake with Your New Starter TODAY!
To Maintain, you can use a 1:1:1 ratio daily, or place in fridge and feed once a week!
*Water should be filtered and room temperature
*Warm locations help your starter develop, cold places it will not rise as well. Choose: in the oven with the oven light on, above refrigerator, a warm area by appliances.
